Court Conflicts

The scheduling software will automatically detect and report court conflicts. A conflict is deemed to exist if there is any overlap between two games on the same court. Court conflicts are reported in the comments area on the division schedule page with the term Venue Conflict. The conflicts are also reported on the View Court Usage page, which is convenient since you will be able to see the conflicting games together.

Court conflicts must be resolved manually using the edit functions provided (Edit Game, Swap Games, and Move Games). The conflict messages will be automatically deleted when the conflict has been resolved.

To delete a court conflict message without resolving the conflict (not usually advised), Edit the game and delete the message from the Comments area.
